Job summary

Hyppies Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Senior Product Manager to deepen our payments capabilities across Asia-Pacific markets.

You will work with engineering to translate business needs into precise requirements, drive regional integrations with partners, and monitor performance to optimize transaction success and reliability. You will coordinate with regional teams and stakeholders, manage payment onboarding, and address settlement and reconciliation challenges while ensuring compliance with regulatory

Qualifications

• 5+ years in fintech/payments environment.
• Deep knowledge of payment processes from initiation to settlement.
• Experience working with APIs and payment integrations with technical teams.
• Experience coordinating across regional markets.
• Strong stakeholder management across business and tech.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin, with strong written/verbal skills.

As the business continues to expand its payment capabilities, our client is looking for a Product Manager who understands payments deeply and can work effectively across business, technology, and regional teams.

What You’ll Do.

• Shape and improve payment capabilities across regional markets, identifying opportunities to enhance the overall payment experience
• Work closely with engineering teams to translate business needs into clear product requirements, documentation, and actionable deliverables
• Collaborate with regional teams and payment partners on integrations, dependencies, and implementation
• Monitor payment performance and use data to identify opportunities to improve transaction success, processing efficiency, and overall reliability
• Lead the resolution of payment issues, including transaction, settlement, and reconciliation-related challenges
• Support the introduction of new payment methods & market launches, while considering commercial, technical, customer, and regulatory requirements

What You Bring.

• More than 5years of experience in fintech, ideally within payment, cards, or similar environment
• Good knowledge of payment processes and transaction lifecycles, from the initial transaction through to settlement and reconciliation
• Experience working with APIs and payment integrations, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams
• Comfortable working in a regional setup, coordinating with stakeholders across different markets
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across both business and technical functions
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin, with strong written and verbal communication skills
