Job summary

Monee in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead end-to-end credit feature development, from ideation to rollout. You will work with regional teams in Singapore and Shenzhen to evaluate requests, draft BRDs, and ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of product management experience in financial services or related tech industries.
• Proven ability to launch and manage product features in fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey ideas and technical concepts clearly.
• Proficient in English and Malay (written and spoken); Chinese is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, growth mindset, and strong team spirit.
• Experience in the payments industry is an advantage.

About The Team

The role is responsible for end-to-end management of Credit features, from conceptualisation, design, and roadmap planning to enhancement, rollout, and post-deployment monitoring.

Job Description

• Drive product roadmap planning and execution, driving continuous improvement, innovation, and operational efficiency in product management processes aligned to business strategy
• Collaborate with business and regional product teams in Singapore and Shenzhen to analyse and evaluate feature requests, ensuring alignment and feasibility for accurate and comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).
• Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Develop test cases based on business requirements, plan test schedules and resources, coordinate execution, track progress, elevate risks, and ensure clear documentation and timely resolution of defects.
• Work with Regional and Local cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and timely product delivery, from development through deployment.
• Prepare training materials and conduct briefings for impacted business units.
• Respond to system queries, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions in collaboration with development and product teams.
