Role Overview
We are seeking a high-caliber, strategically minded Product Manager to take end-to-end ownership of our advanced cybersecurity and networking portfolio. In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between global technology principals and our extensive regional channel network. Operating at the intersection of commercial execution and technology, you will define market strategy, manage high-level vendor alliances, design robust go-to-market (GTM) frameworks, and drive sustained portfolio profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Vendor & Principal Management: Serve as the primary commercial liaison with global vendor partners; lead contract negotiations, rebate structures, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to align regional growth objectives.
Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy: Formulate data-driven business plans and GTM strategies tailored to regional digital transformation trends. Monitor competitive dynamics and emerging technologies (Network / Cybersecurity 2.0) to maintain portfolio leadership.
Channel Enablement & Profitability: Partner closely with internal sales teams to recruit, enable, and cultivate high-performing channel partners. Drive both top-line revenue growth and margin profitability for assigned solutions.
Demand Generation & Enterprise Engagement: Build direct relationships with key enterprise accounts to uncover large-scale project opportunities, oversee proof-of-concept (PoC) engagements, and elevate brand visibility across key industry verticals.
Knowledge Leadership: Conduct high-impact training and solution enablement sessions for internal commercial teams and external channel partners.
Qualifications & Experience
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of progressive product management experience in the ICT sector, with direct responsibility for enterprise networking (Switches, APs, SD-WAN) or cybersecurity portfolios.
Language: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Malay, and Chinese to effectively interface with local and international stakeholders.
Industry Acumen: Proven track record within digital transformation environments, possessing deep familiarity with regional channel distribution models and complex enterprise ICT implementations.
Core Competencies: Strong financial acumen, negotiation skills, and strategic planning capabilities with a self-starter mindset.
Preferred: Candidates with established regional networks across IT channel partners and global technology vendors will be strongly favored.
