Qualifications

• Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, WordPress, Mixpanel, or Google Tag Manager is a strong advantage.
• Strong skills in written and spoken English.
• Business Analysis Skills: problem structuring and data-driven recommendations.
• Collaborative mindset to work across regional and country teams.

Responsibilities

• Audit digital tools across the region to identify overlaps and gaps.
• Develop a consolidation assessment and prioritised roadmap with justification.
• Research alternative platforms or upgrades where current tools are lacking.
• Assist in auditing CRM configurations and documenting findings clearly.
• Contribute to building Greenpeace Malaysia's supporter data architecture.
