Manulife Insurance Berhad is seeking a Product Implementation professional to drive end-to-end product deployment, coordinating with stakeholders and guiding UAT and sprint activities in a hybrid Kuala Lumpur setup.

This position is responsible in the execution of product implementation function which includes, but not limited to the following:
Study and assess product design, and work with stakeholders from respective departments to assess and scope the potential requirements/changes/enhancements, identify potential gaps, and propose solutions needed for product launch.
Planning and executing end-to-end product implementation process and timeline, monitor progress and risk to ensure all the stakeholder’s and product managers’ requirements are met.
Secure and coordinate UAT resource and timeline and ensuring efficiency by optimizing time & scope for multiple ongoing product initiatives/UAT within a given period.
Monitor product development resources, timeline, and scope to ensure the delivery of key projects.
Coordinate and conduct Product Implementation Team (PIT) meeting, Post Product Implementation Launch Review, and internal briefing.
Establish transparency and communication to stakeholders on projects updates.
Conduct compatibility & functionality tests, pre-production and post-production test and verification on relevant systems.
Management of product Day-2 items that must be delivered by deadline
Managing product backlog and prioritizing user stories during sprint plannings.
Monitor overall Product and Project Calendar resource, timeline, and scope and mitigate any risks in overall delivery
To maintain absolute confidentiality and interact professionally with all levels of internal and external stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
A Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
3-5 years of experience within the life insurance industry and/or project management roles.
A genuine passion for projects/products delivery, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for achieving results.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to convey information clearly, build relationships, and collaborate effectively across teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams.
