Agilent Technologies in Malaysia's Bayan Lepas is seeking a Mechanical Engineering graduate to support day-to-day manufacturing operations, drive continuous improvement, and ensure safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives.

You will develop and maintain manufacturing processes, work instructions, tooling, fixtures, and test methods; participate in New Product Introduction activities; collaborate with design engineers; and contribute to cost reductions while ensuring compliance with

Responsabilités

• Support day-to-day manufacturing operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, yield, quality, and operational efficiency.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve manufacturing and process-related issues using structured problem-solving methodologies.
• Develop, implement, and maintain manufacturing processes, work instructions, tooling, fixtures, and test methods.
• Participate in New Product Introduction (NPI) activities and support product transfers from development to production.
• Collaborate with design engineering teams to ensure products are designed for manufacturability, quality, and reliability.
• Support product lifecycle management activities, including cost reductions, process improvements, and component obsolescence management.
• Create and maintain manufacturing documentation, including BOMs, routings, process flows, and engineering change documentation.
• Utilize manufacturing data and digital tools to drive process improvements and operational excellence.
• Support validation, qualification, and risk assessment activities to ensure robust manufacturing processes.
• Ensure compliance with quality, regulatory, safety, and company standards.
