Job summary

BME Global Venture Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Technical Product Support professional to provide hands-on robotics consulting and solution design for EFORT robotic systems. You will support sales with demonstrations, ROI calculations, and customer presentations while performing on-site programming, maintenance, and training.

The role involves travel within Malaysia and overseas, collaboration with procurement and engineering teams, and staying updated on robotics trends and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Possess own transport and travel within Malaysia & Overseas.
• Able to work well independently as well in a team.
• Experience (project) is an advantage (minimum 2 years project management).
• Probation period: 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales technical consultations, application engineering, and solution design (e.g. robotic welding cells, material handling systems).
• Assist the sales team with product demonstrations, ROI calculations, and customer presentations.
• On-site troubleshooting, programming support, maintenance, and repairs.
• Coordinate with EFORT principals on technical issues and assist procurement, inventory, and stock management.
• Coordinate with integrations or internal teams for robotic system deployment and participate in industry events.

Responsibility

TECHNICAL PRODUCT SUPPORT

• Knowledge for EFORT robot models (SCARA, small/medium payload, arc welding robots, etc.)
• Provide pre-sales technical consultations, application engineering, and solution design (e.g. robotic welding cells, material handling systems)
• Prepare technical proposals, specifications, layouts, quotations, and tender

SALES & CUSTOMER SUPPORT

• Assist the sales team with product demonstrations, ROI calculations, and customer presentations.
• Advise on robot selection, integration with existing lines, and safety systems.
• Conduct site surveys / assessments and support commissioning / installation.

AFTER-SALES & TECHNICAL SERVICE

• On-site troubleshooting, programming support, maintenance, and repairs.
• Training for customers on robot operation, programming, and maintenance.
• Handle warranty claims, spare parts, and upgrades.

PROCUREMENT & OPERATIONS

• Liase with EFORT principals (China) on technical issues.
• Assist procurement, inventory, and stock for robots, controllers, and accessories.
• Support project costing, estimation, and supplier negotiations.

PROJECT & INTEGRATION SUPPORT

• Coordinate with integrations or internal teams for robotic system deployment.
• Basic simulation / layout using EFORT software or compatible tools.
• Participate in exhibitions, roadshows, and industry events.

OTHERS DUTIES

• Travel domestically and overseas.
• Stay updated on robotics trends, industry trends, safety standards (example, ISO), and EFORT products updates.
