Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a driven Product Engineer to lead RetailAIM, our in-house retail execution and field force automation solution. You will bridge customers, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure successful delivery and exceptional customer experience.

You will oversee the product lifecycle, manage software implementation projects, drive improvements, and lead support operations to ensure ongoing value for customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Product Management, Project Management, Software Implementation, or related role.
• Experience in FMCG, Retail Technology, ERP, POS, SaaS, or Enterprise Software is a plus.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and software implementation processes.
• Experience managing customer-facing projects and coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle of RetailAIM, including product planning, project implementation, feature enhancements, and ongoing operational support.
• Collaborate with customer and internal stakeholders to gather business requirements, manage project timelines, and ensure successful delivery that meets business objectives.
• Manage customer relationships by providing project updates, addressing enhancement requests, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with development and support teams to prioritize product improvements, coordinate issue resolution, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Monitor project progress, operational KPIs, and product performance while driving continuous improvements, process optimization, and quality standards.

• Experience managing customer-facing projects and coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities with a customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, Microsoft Project) is an advantage.
