Responsibilities

• Present and communicate program status to business leaders and customers
• Review specifications and provide customer feedback
• Coordinate site-wide deployment and changes in the product lifecycle process
• Plan the overall program and monitor progress
• Create and maintain the Program Plan and WBS with resources
• Lead the core team to meet objectives (Cost, Quality, Schedule, Features)
• Define program governance and controls
• Manage budget and forecast actuals against plan
• Manage risks and issues and implement corrective actions
• Coordinate projects and interdependencies across teams

Job description

Manage programs of medium complexity involving multiple projects with technology and organizational dimensions. Lead cross-functional, global core teams through program kickoff, schedule establishment, and meeting facilitation.

Key responsibilities

Present and communicate program status to business leaders and customers

Review and interpret customer specifications and provide customer feedback

Coordinate site-wide deployment efforts and implement change as directed in the product lifecycle process

Plan the overall program and monitor progress

Drive the creation, review, approval and update of the Program Plan/WBS including resources

Drive the program core team to meet or exceed program objectives (Cost, Quality, Schedule, Features, Fulfillment/Continuity of Supply, Solution delivery across products and service offerings, Customer Specific Needs)

Define the program governance and controls

Manage the program's budget, forecast actuals against plan/quote for income/revenue, cost/labour and expense

Manage risks and issues and take corrective measurements

Coordinate projects and their interdependencies, manage and utilize resources across projects
