Job summary

AFI Brake in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Product Development Manager to lead the development and enhancement of brake products and production processes for our manufacturing and spare parts business.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, has at least 3 years in manufacturing or automotive sectors, fluent in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin, and demonstrates strong negotiation, analytical and problem-solving skills, plus familiarity with AI tools is a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or automotive industries.
Strong knowledge of automotive parts and materials.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
