Beyond Insights seeks a Product Developer to craft advanced trading education tech. You will lead algorithm research and develop integrated products like trading journals and portfolio trackers, shaping a student success ecosystem.

And you are responsible for …

Lead Algorithm R&D: Architect and lead the development of integrated digital products, including Trading Journals, Portfolio Trackers, and Robot Trading.

Student Success Ecosystem: Architect and lead the development of integrated digital products, including Trading Journals, Portfolio Trackers, and Robot Trading.

End-to-End Data Ownership: Design and manage the full data pipeline—capturing student trading behavior, journaling inputs, and bot performance to drive personalized education.

Engineering Leadership: Direct the development team to translate complex logic and data requirements into secure, scalable, and production-ready code.

Performance & Product Roadmap: Monitor key metrics across the digital suite to optimize student engagement, ROI, and overall product subscription growth.

So cool, so what’s the requirement?

Financial Foundation: Mastery of technical/fundamental analysis. Experience in Forex & Crypto preferred.

Systems Architecture (Python): Computer science background; building robust, scalable, and "clean" code for automated execution.

BI Domain Expert: Alumnus of Intraday, Options, and Master Trader Bootcamp (Zero "translation tax").

Backtesting Rigor: Proven ability to systematize data and automate testing for efficiency and high-signal accuracy.

Digital Transformation Agent: High digital literacy; adaptable to shifting tech landscapes and proactive in modernizing our educational delivery.

Self-Driven Innovation: Resourceful, "out-of-the-box" thinker motivated to build products that solve both customer and internal trading needs.

Cross-Functional Lead: Strong stakeholder management to align Developers, Educators, and Traders toward product success.
