Job summary

Accenture Southeast Asia is seeking a Product Compliance Transformation Analyst/Consultant to support design and delivery of transformation initiatives in product safety and stewardship. You will analyze business processes, define digital requirements, enable system integrations, and implement compliant solutions for clients.

The role requires engaging stakeholders, conducting as-is/to-be assessments, gathering requirements, and delivering BRD, functional specs, and user stories.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, HSE, or related field.
• 3 to 10 years of experience in product safety, regulatory compliance, or product stewardship.
• Experience in an IT consulting environment or client-facing role is preferred.
• Technical Skills in product compliance areas and system configurations.
• Experience with master data, tools and core functionalities within product safety systems (e.g., SAP Product Compliance, Sphera).

Responsibilities

• Engage with business stakeholders to understand operational challenges and identify digital opportunities
• Conduct current-state (“as-is”) and future-state (“to-be”) process assessments
• Facilitate requirements gathering workshops and stakeholder interviews
• Develop business requirements documents, functional specifications, and user stories
• Support system configuration, testing, and deployment activities, including SIT and UAT
• Prepare project documentation, reports, and executive-level presentations
• Monitor and track risks, issues, timelines, and key deliverables
• Support change management activities, including training and user adoption initiatives
