Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/SE or related field.
• 3+ years in software testing or QA.
• Proficient in .NET and SQL Server data validation.
• Familiar with SDLC/STLC and QA processes.
• Experience with test case design and defect tracking.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test strategies, plans and cases from requirements.
• Analyze requirements to create detailed test scenarios and specs.
• Perform functional, integration, system, regression and accessibility testing.
• Identify, document, track and retest defects with development teams.
• Monitor testing progress, results, defects, and quality metrics for stakeholders.
• Participate in requirement reviews and design discussions to address quality early.
• Support continuous improvement of testing processes and standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
