Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Science, Biomedical Science, Medical Science, Optometry, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Business or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in medical devices, healthcare, sales, product application or related industry will have an advantage.

We are looking for a Product Application Specialist who is passionate about healthcare, medical technology and learning new products. This role is ideal for someone with a Science, Medical, Biomedical, Optometry, Pharmacy, Biotechnology or Business background who enjoys combining technical knowledge with customer interaction.

You will work closely with ophthalmologists, optometrists, healthcare professionals and our sales team to introduce and support the use of advanced ophthalmic and medical devices.

What You’ll Do Product & Clinical Application

• Develop a strong understanding of our ophthalmic and medical device portfolio, including product functions, applications and clinical benefits.
• Conduct product demonstrations, presentations and hands-on training for customers and healthcare professionals.
• Explain technical and product information in a clear and easy-to-understand manner.
• Support customers in understanding how our technology can improve their clinical workflow and patient care.
• Keep up to date with new technologies, industry trends and developments in ophthalmology and optometry.

Customer Engagement

• Visit hospitals, eye centres, optical practices and healthcare institutions to support product demonstrations and applications.
• Build professional relationships with doctors, optometrists and other healthcare professionals.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions together with the sales team.
• Respond to product-related enquiries and provide appropriate technical support.

Sales & Business Development

• Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities.
• Support product launches, promotions, exhibitions, conferences and workshops.
• Assist in preparing quotations, product proposals, tender documents and presentations.
• Participate in product demonstrations and customer meetings throughout the sales process.
• Gather market feedback and customer insights to help improve our products and business strategies.

Product Management & Internal Support

• Assist in preparing product materials, specifications, presentations and training materials.
• Provide feedback to management on market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements.
• Support inventory checks, product displays and other product-related activities.
• Perform other duties and projects assigned by management.

What We’re Looking For

Educational Background

• Diploma/Degree in Science, Biomedical Science, Medical Science, Optometry, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in medical devices, healthcare, sales, product application or a related industry will have an advantage.
