• Degree in Supply Chain Management /Accounting / Finance / Business Administration.
• 3 to 5 years relevant experience in Procurement or Supply Chain.
• Proactive and detail oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
• Adaptable to dynamic environments and able to collaborate with diverse teams.
• Technical acumen to understand business systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Create Purchase Orders based on approved PR and business requirements.
• Conduct compliance review of documents to ensure policy alignment.
• Monitor PO process to final approval and budget adherence.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve PR/PO discrepancies.
• Prepare reports on PO status and open orders.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing activities and develop procurement strategies.
• Onboard vendors ensuring eligibility and policy compliance.
• Maintain vendor performance records and provide insights for improvements.
• Monitor procurement governance, policies, and SO/P processes.
