Job summary

Nevigate Global Network Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking fresh IT/CS/business graduates to join our procurement and pricing teams. You will engage with Sales, Finance and Provisioning to learn pricing strategies, contract terms, and cost management in a telco context.

Ideal candidates have a degree in IT/CS/Business, strong MS Excel skills, and an interest in pricing and business operations. Mandarin language ability will help in client communications.

Responsibilities

• Review supplier costings and identify cost reduction opportunities.
• Support and manage supplier contracts and document terms.

• Support automation system improvements with supervisor.
• Collaborate with Sales to understand requirements and bid strategies.
• Update supplier prices and cost schedules in the ERP system.
• Monitor supplier SLAs and maintain escalation contacts matrix.
• Prepare monthly updates on procurement and pricing activities.
• Monitor supplier risks and assist in mitigation plans.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, Sales and Provisioning for smooth operations.

Job description

You will be responsible for Procurement and Pricing Support activities, working closely with the Sales, Finance, Provisioning and Supplier teams to support pricing, cost management and smooth commercial operations.

Key responsibilities

Review supplier costings proactively based on Sales Team feedback to identify cost reduction opportunities and implement relevant initiatives to achieve savings for the company

Support and manage supplier contracts, ensuring relevant terms and documentation are properly maintained

Analyse supplier costings against Sales quotations to customers to ensure competitive pricing and healthy margins are achieved

Work closely with the immediate superior to support the implementation and improvement of automation systems

Work closely with the Sales Team to understand customer requirements and changes in the business environment and support the development of strategies and value propositions for successful bid submissions

Ensure supplier prices and cost schedules are updated accurately and in a timely manner in the Nevigate ERP system

Monitor Supplier SLAs and maintain the Supplier Escalation Contacts Matrix

Prepare monthly updates on procurement and pricing activities, including key milestones and status updates on commercial engagements

Monitor supplier risks and assist in developing appropriate mitigation plans

Coordinate with internal teams, including Procurement, Finance, Sales and Provisioning to ensure smooth and seamless operations

We are looking for fresh graduates with an IT background who are interested in exploring the business, pricing and procurement side of the telco industry

Candidate Profile

Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business or a related field。
