Position Summary

As a Procurement Officer, you will take hands-on ownership of the end-to-end purchasing lifecycles and source essential technical hardware to secure uninterrupted manufacturing workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage direct and indirect procurement lifecycles for specialized equipment spare parts, assembly test components, and facility consumables.
• Support high-level sourcing frameworks for technical testing hardware and mechanical engineering requirements.
• Drive commercial negotiations with domestic and overseas suppliers to optimize pricing structures, shipping lead times, and transaction conditions.
• Mitigate supply line vulnerabilities by monitoring order tracking metrics to safeguard against factory downtime.
• Partner closely with operational groups, design engineers, and material planning units to achieve seamless equipment deployment and capacity scaling initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five to ten years of professional procurement experience operating within a semiconductor manufacturing or high-volume electronics environment.
• Academic foundation with a bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain management, or a matching discipline.
• Demonstrated capability handling complex technical line items (spare parts / hardware / equipment), production machinery sub-assemblies, industrial hardware, and test application components.
• Practical exposure interacting with international distribution partners across global markets including North America, Europe, and Asia.
• Experience managing and maintaining ATE, wafer probe, and test environment operations is a plus.

Reporting

The successful candidate will be reporting to the Equipment and Hardware Manager.
