Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is seeking a Procurement Manager for Solar/Industrial EPCC to own project-based procurement and supply chain execution. You will lead end-to-end sourcing, negotiate complex contracts, and manage vendor relationships to ensure on-time site deliveries through commissioning.

Ideal candidates will have 7–12 years of EPCC procurement experience in solar or heavy industrial sectors, with strong leadership and risk management capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or SCM is required.
• 7–12 years of procurement and subcontract management in EPCC environments.
• Experience in solar/renewables or heavy industrial infrastructure is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing for solar PV and industrial CAPEX packages.
• Oversee subcontracting, tendering, evaluation, and award of major subcontracts.
• Draft, negotiate, and manage complex EPCC contracts (FIDIC/NEC).
• Manage vendor networks, incoterms, and multi-currency contract administration.
• Coordinate expediting, FAT schedules, clearances, and site logistics to protect critical path.
