Job summary

Evergrown Technology in Malaysia is seeking a Procurement Specialist to own the procurement cycle from PO issuance to final document handover to AP. You will source suppliers, raise POs, and negotiate terms to ensure on-time material availability for production.

The role requires meticulous document control, 3-way matching (PO/GRN/Invoice), and compliance with filing requirements. You will also support stock levels and ensure proper segregation of duties within the process.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience managing the procurement cycle from PO issuance to document verification.
• Experience performing 3-way matching (PO/GRN/Invoice) and compiling complete document sets.
• Familiarity with stock monitoring, reorder points, and monthly stock counts.
