Job Responsibility

  • Procurement Operations
  • Manage end-to-end purchasing process, from requisition to purchase order (P2P).
  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors/suppliers to obtain the best terms on price, quality, and delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and client requirements.
  • Vendor Management
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with approved suppliers.
  • Monitor supplier performance, delivery schedules, and service quality.
  • Assist in resolving vendor disputes, payment issues, or delivery delays.
  • Cost & Contract Management
  • Conduct cost analysis to identify savings opportunities.
  • Review contracts and agreements to ensure favorable terms.
  • Support global procurement team in standardizing and optimizing purchasing processes.

Job Requirements

  • Educational & Experience Requirement â Bachelorâs degree or higher with at least 1 years of procurement experience.
  • Language Proficiency â Strong English skills at CEFR B1/B2 level or higher, with proficiency in reading, writing (business level), listening, and speaking for daily communication.
  • Key Attributes â Highly responsible, self-motivated, and open to challenges. Must have excellent communication skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a strong commitment to personal and company growth.
