Job summary

Plexus Manufacturing Sdn Bhd is seeking candidates for production-oriented roles in Penang. The position focuses on contributing to efficient, high-quality production by performing assigned tasks, following strict quality and safety standards, and collaborating to troubleshoot issues.

Ideal candidates have an Associate degree with 1+ years of related experience. The role supports manufacturing processes and direct production line operations under supervision, with opportunities to learn and grow

Qualifications

• Associate degree with 1+ year relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Executes Manufacturing solutions/Provide services that are high-quality, cost-appropriate, and satisfy the customer's requirements and applies process improvement or troubleshooting as it applies to their role.
• Utilizes appropriate tools to perform necessary work including creation, analysis, and verification of documentation, programs, models, processes or production as it applies to their role.
• Demonstrates a basic, discipline-specific understanding of how they support the full Plexus Manufacturing processes / Product Requirements & Specifications as it applies to their role.
• Successfully executes responsibilities under supervision in accordance with good manufacturing practices and Plexus' Manufacturing Processes AND provide support to direct production line operators as it applies to their role.
• Basic Understanding of Equipment / Process control / Safety / Risk Awareness / setup awareness / operation of, as it applies to their role.

Purpose Statement: To contribute to the efficient and high-quality production of Plexus products by skillfully performing assigned tasks, adhering to strict quality and safety standards. Through continuous learning and collaboration, I strive to optimize processes, identify and troubleshoot issues, and ultimately support Plexus's commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
