Job summary

Jora Malaysia requires a hands-on Production Maintenance Technician to uphold and maintain production machinery, perform preventive maintenance, and keep machine check sheets updated. You will support engineers during DOE/pilot builds and work on line optimization to meet production targets.

The role involves housekeeping of equipment, downtime recording, and collaboration with suppliers to improve equipment performance. On-site presence and timely reporting are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance of production machinery.
• Ability to perform preventive maintenance and updates to reports.
• Strong trouble-shooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Upkeep and maintain production machinery and equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance for machine and equipment.
• Update the machine check sheet and reports.
• Perform housekeeping for the machinery and equipment.
• Improve machine performance to achieve production targets.
• Carry out ad hoc duties as assigned by superior.
• Record downtime reports after repairs in Production Form and MHR.
• Monitor and maintain ESD wiring in the working area.
• Support engineering builds and DOE activities as needed.
• Follow up with vendors for machine optimization.
