STMicroelectronics Sdn Bhd is hiring a Process Technician for AOI, Mold, SBP & SSS, and Plating. The role involves supporting engineers with process and machine setup, data collection, and predictive/ preventive maintenance to keep equipment running and ensure 5S, Cleanroom, and safety standards.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, or Electronic fields, communicates well in English, and can work independently or in a team to optimize tool availability and

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical / Mechatronics / Electrical / Electronic or related field
• Proactive with good communication in English
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently and in a team

Responsibilities

• Support engineer on process/machine setup for engineering lot
• Support data collection for engineers
• Carry out predictive and preventive maintenance activities
• Maintain tool uptime to target uptime
• Ensure compliance to 5S, Cleanroom & Safety Protocol
• Assist in equipment troubleshooting & projects to improve OEE
• Support Tools installation as required
• Maximize tool availability and process yield as part of the integrated team
• Understand priorities of work in progress
