The role focuses on upkeep and preventive maintenance of SMT production machinery, updating machine check sheets and reports, and supporting Process and Product Engineers for DOE, engineering builds, pilot builds and validation. You will follow up with machine vendors on optimization, record downtime after repairs, monitor EDS wiring, and contribute to continuous improvement and

Qualifications

• Upkeep and maintain production machinery and equipment
• Performance preventive maintenance for machine and equipment
• Updating the machine check sheet and reports
• Perform housekeeping for the machinery and equipment
• Improve the machine performance to achieve production target
• Will be required to carry out any adhoc duties that is assigned by superior from time to time
• Perform the daily, weely and monthly Preventive Maintenance checklist, updating temperature profile (SMC Reflow Oven)
• Support Process and Product Engineer's for DOE / Engineering Build / Pilot Build / Validation
• Follow up and implement machine optimization activities with machine vendor
• Record the down time report after repairing the machine in Production Form and MHR
• Monitor and maintain EDS wiring in working area
• Perform continous improvement activities and line rejection monitoring (Yield) and work teogether with engineers for solutions
• Provide support during the off day if required, be on time to work and inform superior if unable to attend work.
• Update and share all issues faced during the shift changing meeting
• Ensure all data log provided in ICT and FCT machine (if any) are secured by cyber security policy set up and verified by CSMS auditors.
• Support EMS compliance and environemtnal improvement intiatives within the Engineering Department according with ISO 14001 requirements.
