Job summary

Bosch Group in Malaysia is seeking a Process and Equipment Engineer (Inertial Sensors) to own backend test equipment and ensure high availability, reliability, and performance in line with production demand. You will plan and drive preventive maintenance, develop test processes, and analyze data to identify root causes and reduce downtime.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering required.
• 0 to 3 years of semiconductor manufacturing experience preferred.
• On-site Malaysia location required.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned backend test equipment (e.g. ATE systems, handlers, probers, unloaders) and ensure high equipment availability, reliability, and performance.
• Plan, execute, and continuously improve preventive maintenance programs and drive corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Develop, qualify, and optimize test processes, recipes, and parameters to achieve target yield and throughput.
• Perform yield monitoring, trend analysis, and failure analysis to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Support test program releases, changes, and re-runs with SEMI standards alignment.
• Create and maintain engineering documents such as SOPs, WI, PM checklists, FMEA, and control plans; collaborate with cross-functional teams.
