Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Process Engineer responsible for establishing production processes, evaluating and analyzing products, and providing engineering support to production operations, including yield improvement and process start-up.

You will monitor maintenance, support validation and engineering builds, coordinate with line leaders, lead technicians, and drive improvements to meet department KPIs.

• Monitor equipment maintenance and performance
• Monitor machine uptime and conversion
• Lead a team of technicians performing routine maintenance
• Work with vendors to ensure quality standards
• Plan and establish control needed to meet department KPI
