Job summary

BRIGHT PEOPLE SOLUTIONS is seeking a detail-oriented Process Engineer to join our team in Semenyih, Selangor. The successful candidate will design and optimize chemical and polymer processes, analyze data, and ensure safe, compliant operations.

Responsibilities include overseeing plant processes, implementing improvements, and collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to integrate new equipment and procedures. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply for this full-time role in Semenyih.

Qualifications

This candidate should hold a bachelor degree in Chemical/Process/Polymer Engineering.
Familiarity with process engineering software is required.
Proficiency in AutoCAD is preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
Knowledge of optimization techniques and statistical analysis is desirable.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Oversee and assess plant processes and workflows.
Optimize productivity by designing, implementing and testing new procedures.
Identify and implement process improvements to reduce costs, minimize waste and increase efficiency.
Monitor and analyse process data, identify trends, and propose alternatives.
Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure smooth integration of new processes and equipment.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
