Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a focused professional to manage drawings, production process planning, and documentation. You will study drawings requirements, decide production process, bill of materials, run quantity, date and cycle time, and update PCP and PCD as revisions occur.

Responsibilities include creating/ modifying mechanical drawings, developing SOPs for upgrades, ensuring product quality, supporting sales and customers on new product development, and collaborating with production, QC,

Responsibilities

• Study & understand the drawings requirements.
• Based on drawing, decide the production process, bill of material, run quantity, date and cycle time.
• Review, modify and update old process when need.
• Update and maintain latest production control drawing (PCD) and document revision.
• Create new or modified mechanical drawing.
• Plan and create Process Control Plan (PCP).
• Proactive in interact with sales and customer for new product development
• Interact with customer to align product requirement and specification.
• Support production and QC to confirm dimension in drawing.
• Support production and QC to solve problem then stop problem.
• Work closely with production team, QC team, customer and supplier to deliver quality product.
• Assist purchaser in requisition for standard part.
• Responsible for process & yield improvement, cost reduction and cycle time reduction
• Developing routines and best practices to ensure product quality.
• Provide technical knowledge and support to develop internal best practices.
• Participate in project discussions, as required and make valuable contributions.
• Ensuring processes comply with safety and quality standards.
• Developing standardized operating instructions for the upgrades process.
• Problem identifying, analysis and solving.
