Job description

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations, including material handling, production processes, equipment adjustments, and quality testing.
• Ensure production activities comply with established operating procedures, quality standards, and workplace safety requirements.
• Identify and implement process improvements to optimize production efficiency, product quality, and operational performance.
• Coordinate with production teams, supervisors, and cross-functional departments to ensure efficient workflow and timely execution of production activities.
• Monitor operational risks, implement preventive measures, and maintain a safe and compliant working environment.
• Prepare regular production performance reports, provide operational updates to management, and support additional improvement initiatives as required.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Preferably 1–2 years of experience in chemical processing, resin manufacturing, or related industrial production environments.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes, production operations, and basic process improvement practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; knowledge of CAD software is considered an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills, with the ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Melayu and English; Mandarin communication skills are an advantage. Flexibility to work on rotating shifts when required.
