Job summary

TSiC in Malacca is seeking a highly capable Probe Card Operation Manager to lead the operations of our probe card repair facility. You will manage daily operations, mentor the local team, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring adherence to quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in engineering and at least 5 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, particularly in probe card technologies.

This role requires strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and experience in management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in semiconductor industry, specifically in probe card technologies.
• Experience in managerial role in probe card or wafer-sort operations is an advantage.
• Hands-on experience in probe card repair and failure analysis preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the probe card repair team and ensure quality standards.
• Mentor local team through hands-on training and performance development.
• Drive continuous improvement in repair processes and ensure compliance with quality standards.
