Job summary

Bradbury Asset Management (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a seasoned wealth manager to service high-net-worth clients in Petaling Jaya. You will build trusted family relationships and tailor investment strategies to client objectives.

You will identify opportunities to grow AUM, coordinate with compliance, and deliver holistic wealth management, ensuring strong service standards and client loyalty.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree or recognised tertiary qualification.
• Around 5+ years of financial services / sales experience.
• Experience managing HNW clients is preferred.
• Strong wealth management and financial planning knowledge.
• Strong track record in investment sales.
• Strong networking and portfolio management skills.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Relevant financial services licenses/certifications such as MA, FIMM, CFP.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of high-net-worth/private clients.
• Build trusted, long-term relationships with clients and their families.
• Understand clients' financial objectives, investment preferences, risk profile and life stages.
• Act as the key relationship contact and provide a high level of personalised service.
• Grow and deepen existing client relationships.
• Identify opportunities to increase AUM.
• Retain high-value customers and prevent portfolio attrition.
• Develop referrals through existing clients, networking and internal channels.
• Identify investment and wealth-planning opportunities.
• Recommend appropriate solutions based on customer needs and risk profile.
• Product & Revenue Generation. The objective is not simply product selling, but needs-based selling and holistic wealth management.
• Analyse customer profitability, AUM and wallet share.
• Develop action plans for acquisition, retention and relationship deepening.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information in our systems.
• Deliver an excellent service experience to HNW customers.
• Maintain strong service standards and responsiveness.
• Build customer loyalty and increase share of wallet.
• Follow Bradbury's sales processes, KYC/AML and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure appropriate documentation and suitability of products.
• Work closely with Compliance and internal control teams.
• Maintain strong sales quality and operational discipline.
