Job summary

Hong Yee Auto Service in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Private Driver for a full-time role to transport clients safely and provide courteous service.

You will maintain the vehicle, plan efficient routes, keep logs, and uphold confidentiality during journeys. The ideal candidate has a valid driving licence, 3+ years' experience, knowledge of KL road networks, strong communication, reliability and flexibility.

Qualifications

• Valid, current professional driving licence and clean driving record.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience as a professional driver.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Kuala Lumpur road networks and traffic patterns.
• Excellent customer service skills with professional interaction.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Reliability and punctuality with a professional demeanor.
• Ability to maintain vehicle cleanliness and undertake basic maintenance.
• Flexible hours and physical fitness as required.
• Discretion and ability to maintain client confidentiality.
• First Aid certification is preferred but not essential.

We are seeking a professional Private Driver to join Hong Yee Auto Service in Kuala Lumpur. This is a full-time position offering a rewarding opportunity to provide exceptional driving and customer service to our valued clients. As a Private Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting clients to their destinations whilst maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, discretion and vehicle maintenance. This role is essential to our commitment to delivering premium transportation services within the Kuala Lumpur area.

Key responsibilities

• Safely operate and manoeuvre vehicles in all traffic conditions, adhering strictly to traffic laws and safety regulations
• Plan and execute efficient routes to destinations, taking into consideration traffic patterns and client preferences
• Maintain a clean, well-maintained and fully serviced vehicle at all times, conducting regular safety checks and reporting any mechanical issues
• Provide courteous and professional service to clients, including assisting with luggage and ensuring passenger comfort throughout journeys
• Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion regarding client information and business matters
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding arrival times, route changes and any other journey-related matters
• Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption and journey logs as required
• Respond promptly to client requests and demonstrate flexibility in scheduling when necessary

What we're looking for
