Job summary

Hong Yee Auto Service in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Private Driver for a full-time role to transport clients safely and provide courteous service.

You will maintain the vehicle, plan efficient routes, keep logs, and uphold confidentiality during journeys. The ideal candidate has a valid driving licence, 3+ years' experience, knowledge of KL road networks, strong communication, reliability and flexibility.

Qualifications

• Valid, current professional driving licence and clean driving record.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience as a professional driver.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Kuala Lumpur road networks and traffic patterns.
• Excellent customer service skills with professional interaction.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Reliability and punctuality with a professional demeanor.
• Ability to maintain vehicle cleanliness and undertake basic maintenance.
• Flexible hours and physical fitness as required.
• Discretion and ability to maintain client confidentiality.
• First Aid certification is preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and manoeuvre vehicles in traffic, following laws and safety rules.
• Plan and execute efficient routes considering traffic and client preferences.
• Maintain a clean, serviced vehicle and report any issues.
• Provide courteous, professional service and assist with luggage.
• Maintain confidentiality of client information and business matters.
• Communicate clearly with clients about arrival times and route changes.
• Keep mileage, fuel and journey logs accurate.
• Be flexible and responsive to client requests and scheduling.
