Job summary

Prudential Services Asia is seeking a Principal Engineer, Product Engineering - Claims to join our Kuala Lumpur Engineering team. You will translate priorities into delivery plans, coordinate sprint and release planning, and ensure releases meet quality and operational readiness.

You will collaborate with Tech Product Owners, analysts, engineers and QA to refine backlog, manage dependencies and risks, and deliver concise status updates to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Delivery planning and execution support to translate priorities into executable plans.
• Backlog readiness and requirements coordination with analysts and engineers.
• Engineering delivery coordination across squads and teams.
• Release readiness and implementation assurance for deployments.
• Risk, dependency and issue management across the delivery scope.
• Delivery reporting and stakeholder communication to governance forums.
• Quality, controls and delivery discipline in line with standards.
• Continuous improvement of delivery ways of working and tooling.
