Job summary

TARA FOUNDATION in Malaysia is seeking passionate educators to design and deliver engaging lessons for primary and secondary students, aligned with the national syllabus. You will tailor instruction to learners, monitor progress, and provide regular feedback to families.

The role requires a Diploma/Degree in Education and at least 2 years of teaching experience, with strong English, Tamil and Bahasa Malaysia communication and comfort using educational technology.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Education or other equivalents.
• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in primary and/or secondary education.
• Good communication skills in English, Tamil, and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Strong interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with students, parents and colleagues.
• Able to use educational technology and software to create engaging learning experiences.

Job Description

Responsible for designing and delivering engaging and effective lessons to primary and secondary (Form 1-3) school students in line with the curriculum

Provide individualized attention and tailored instruction to meet students’ unique learning needs and help them reach their full potential.

Monitor and assess students’ academic progress, providing regular and constructive feedback to students and parents to enhance learning outcomes.

Maintain accurate student records and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements

Oversee daily administrative and operational functions of the center, ensuring efficient scheduling, effective resource management, and proper upkeep of facilities.

Job Requirements

Minimum Diploma or Degree in Education or other equivalents

Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in primary and/or secondary education.

Good communication skills in English, Tamil, and Bahasa Malaysia

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to foster positive and supportive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to create a collaborative learning environment.

Able to use educational technology and software to create engaging, interactive, and effective learning experiences.
