As a Branch Ambassador, you will deliver exceptional customer experience, promote digital channels, generate revenue from cards and loans, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• SPM with 5 credits required.
• 1+ year in retail/banking/financial industry preferred.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin/Cantonese a plus.
• Strong customer handling and problem solving skills.
• Ability to navigate and use tablets and other digital tools.
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Act as Branch Ambassador delivering exceptional customer experience at first contact.
• Promote digital channels and Life Sign Technology to NTB/ETB customers.
• Generate revenue by meeting customer needs for cards, personal loans and other products.
• Drive referrals for Advance and Premier customer segments.
• Update customer information accurately in the Bank’s system.
• Ensure compliance, audit, SOX and regulatory requirements are met.

We are currently seeking ambitious individuals to join our International Wealth and Premier Banking (IWPB) team in the role of Primary Banker 1, working together with colleagues to define, manage and achieve divisional business targets.

Principal Responsibilities

1. Act as a Branch Ambassador to deliver exceptional customer experience through identifying and fulfilling customer needs at first point of contact
2. Promote digital channel and Life Sign Technology to New to Bank (NTB) or Existing to Bank (ETB) customers
3. Generate revenue growth by meeting customer needs for cards, personal loan, balance build and other retail products
4. Drive referrals for both Advance and Premier customer segments
5. Utilise customer base to look for opportunities and drive sales
6. Update customer’s information accurately in the Bank’s system
7. Ensure Compliance, Audit, SOX and other regulatory requirements are met

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM qualification with 5 credits
• Candidate with at least one (1) year working experience in retail, banking or financial industry would be preferred
• Fluent in spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin / Cantonese is an added advantage;
• Strong customer handling and problem solving skills
• Ability to navigate and use tablet and other digital tools
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
