Job summary

LUXASIA in Malaysia is seeking a Visual Merchandising Executive to support the execution and maintenance of premium lifestyle brand VM standards across all retail channels in Malaysia. The role ensures that displays, fixtures, POSM, product demonstrations, and visual elements are consistently executed to deliver a premium customer experience and maximize commercial performance.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely deployment of merchandising materials

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in visual merchandising or related design field.
• 1–3 years of experience in visual merchandising or retail operations.
• Experience with luxury/premium brands is a plus.
• Solid understanding of retail environments and VM principles.

Responsibilities

• Execute and maintain visual merchandising standards across retail touchpoints.
• Coordinate planograms, displays, and POSM deployment.
• Monitor compliance through store visits and audits.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors for timely execution.
• Maintain inventory records of VM assets.
