Generation Two Thousand Apparel Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Visual Merchandising Executive in Kuala Lumpur to lead seasonal displays, style windows and focal areas, and ensure cohesive brand presentation across stores.

You will train store teams, communicate floor plans, and manage VM inventory. Travel is required to support store deployments and improvements. The role requires strong visual and creative skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and knowledge of Illustrator/Photoshop.

Qualifications

• Strong creative and visual sense with eye for layout and color coordination.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; basic design software skills are a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication abilities.
• Willingness to travel for store visits and allocations.

Responsibilities

• Execute seasonal and promotional displays in line with brand guidelines, styling mannequins, windows, and focal areas to highlight key collections.
• Ensure all visual materials, props, and signage are properly installed and maintained.
• Ensure visual consistency in color coordination, product placement, and accessory usage.
• Monitor and maintain store visual standards, making adjustments as needed.
• Provide feedback and recommendations on store display improvements.
• Assist in tracking and managing VM inventory (props, mannequins, display tools, etc.).
• Communicate VM directives, floor plans, and styling guidelines clearly to store teams.
• Provide guidance and training to store teams on best visual merchandising practices.
