Job summary

Preeminent Auto Sdn Bhd, an authorised ZEEKR dealer, seeks a Receptionist & Sales Support to be the first point of contact at Zeekr House Federal in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. You will greet showroom visitors and assist the Sales team with daily customer handling and administrative tasks.

Fresh graduates are welcome. The role requires hospitality-focused service, strong communication, and the ability to work on rotating weekends/public holidays. Experience in customer service is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Well-groomed and confident when communicating with customers.
• Friendly, polite, and service-minded personality.
• Responsible, organised, and attentive to details.
• Able to work independently while also supporting the Sales team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fresh graduates and applicants with no previous experience are welcome.
• Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or the automotive industry is an added advantage.
• Comfortable working on a rotating schedule, including weekends and Public Holidays.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for showroom visitors and ensure every customer receives a warm and professional welcome.
• Capture and record visitor information before directing customers to the relevant Sales Advisor.
• Ensure the customer waiting and consultation areas are properly arranged, including refreshments and promotional items.
• Support test drive activities by assisting with registration, document checks, and vehicle key control.
• Assist with filing, organising records, preparing documents, and other routine administrative tasks.
• Help manage customer arrivals and provide directions or assistance during showroom events and activities.
• Bring customer enquiries, feedback, complaints, or operational issues to the attention of the relevant manager.
• Ensure the showroom remains neat, presentable, and consistent with ZEEKR's service standards.
• Assist with other showroom-related tasks when required.
