Job summary

Huckleberry Hospitality Group Sdn Bhd is seeking dynamic Service Crew for a walk-in interview on 1 October 2026 at KLGCC Mall. Join a premium food & beverage brand delivering memorable guest experiences.

You will deliver friendly service, assist guests with inquiries and product recommendations, process orders via POS, and help maintain cleanliness and stock across multiple outlets including Bukit Damansara, Merdeka 118, BSC Mall, The Gardens Mid Valley, Intermark Mall, and KLGCC Mall.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in retail, hospitality, café, restaurant, or customer service is preferred.
• Promote cakes, pastries, beverages, specials and ongoing promotions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well-groomed, reliable, and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, professional, and attentive customer service.
• Assist guests with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases.
• Process orders and payments accurately using POS systems.
• Monitor inventory and assist with stock management.
• Ensure products are well-stocked, displayed, and presented according to company standards.
• Check product labels, pricing and expiry dates.
• Ensure promotional items and marketing collaterals are displayed correctly and timely.
• Maintain outlet cleanliness, hygiene, and organization at all times.
• Support daily opening and closing procedures.
• Support pre-order sales for cakes, hampers and festive items.
• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth outlet operations.
• Assist in achieving sales and customer satisfaction targets.
