Job summary

Hydro One Marketing is seeking a high-energy sales professional to convert 60-80 monthly inquiries into projects. Typical swimming pool projects range RM60,000–RM300,000, with progressive, uncapped commission and five-figure earning upside for strong performers.

You will engage homeowners by phone, WhatsApp, virtual and in-person meetings, assess needs and present Hydro One solutions. Join a team with established product, training, and after-sales support.

• Respond quickly to company-generated enquiries.
• Consult homeowners through phone, WhatsApp, virtual and face-to-face meetings.
• Understand needs, lifestyle, site conditions, budget and timing.
• Present the right Hydro One solution and build customer conviction.
• Prepare proposals and follow up consistently.
• Handle objections, negotiate and close.
• Manage CRM/pipeline and meet monthly sales targets.
