Job summary

HSBC Bank Malaysia Berhad is seeking a Premier Relationship Officer to join the International Wealth and Premier Banking team. You will support daily sales activities, organize and verify application forms, and assist RM with client inquiries and account openings.

As the main contact for premier clients, you will promote digital banking, ensure accurate customer data, and coordinate with RMs to deliver a smooth, high-quality service while maintaining compliance.

Responsibilities

• Daily Sales administrative task: Organize and complete/check all sales application forms for submission, scanning and for SQ review.
• Check and Sign all the sales documents for line manager to verify and approve.
• Scan & file all completed sales application forms in the customer file for reviews, checks and follow ups.
• Assist RM in replying customer's mails, banking transaction request and other request from premier client e.g. statement, fee waiver.
• Assist RM to handle/investigate customer complaints or other follow up task.
• Assist RM to create appointment upon customer's request where RM not available.
• Identify customers not contacted quarterly and create leads for RM to follow up.
• Remind/monitor RM to act on campaign calls and event triggers assigned by CVM.
• Assist RM on file review/CAMP/FCC call or monitoring for FCC-related items to ensure proper follow ups.
• Cross sell
• Refer customer needs to PRM
• Educate customer on digital banking
• Be customer's main contact point beside their RM to fulfill service needs
• Ensure proactive update of accurate customer information in the bank system
• Temporarily hold resigned RM portfolio and fulfill service needs
• Assist RM in opening of accounts
