Job summary

OCBC is seeking a Premier Banking Sales professional in Malaysia to provide financial solutions to Premier Banking customers, grow the Premier Franchise, and drive sales initiatives. The role focuses on delivering outstanding customer experiences, building lasting client relationships, and ensuring compliance across processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university/college.
• Interest in financial planning and sales-driven environment.
• 3–5 years’ experience in sales and client relationship experience.
• Possess required licenses (PCE, CEILI & FIMM); IPPC will be an added advantage.
• Possess a valid driving license & own transport.

Responsibilities

• Provide appropriate financial solutions to Premier Banking customers and expand the Premier Franchise by acquiring new Premier Banking customers via various marketing initiatives.
• Plan, organize, participate and execute events and sales activities inline with Premier Banking business direction and related sales initiatives.
• Provide excellent customer experience to Premier Banking customers at all touch points via care, value and enhanced service.
• Build sustainable relationships with Premier Banking customers through timely follow-ups and anticipation of customers’ needs.
• Proactively engage Premier Banking customers to achieve continuous customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to all related policies, regulatory risk and compliance matters.
• Ensure no operational and control lapses.
• Ensure timely submission of reports for statutory and regulatory purposes.
• Ensure zero defects in account opening, sales transactions, loan submission and related matters.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree, in any field, from an accredited university / colleges.
• Possess strong interest in financial planning, investment and keen to work in a sales driven environment.
• Preferably with 3 - 5 years’ experience in sales and client relationship experience.
• Must possess the required licenses (e.g PCE, CEILI & FIMM); IPPC will be an added advantage.
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills; able to deliver high quality customer service.
• Possess a valid driving license & own transport.
