As a Premier Relationship Banker with HSBC Bank Malaysia Berhad, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and financial solutions to our Premier banking clients in the Klang Valley region. This full-time position offers the opportunity to build long-lasting relationships with our most valued customers and contribute to the success of our retail banking business.

What you'll be doing

• Proactively engage with Premier banking clients to understand their financial needs and goals
• Provide tailored advice and recommend appropriate banking products and services
• Manage a portfolio of Premier banking clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
• Cross‑sell a range of HSBC's retail banking products, including deposits, investments, and insurance
• Collaborate with other HSBC teams to deliver integrated financial solutions
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial regulations, market trends, and HSBC's product offerings
• Contribute to the growth and development of the Premier banking business in the Klang Valley

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer‑facing role within the banking or financial services industry
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
• Excellent financial and investment knowledge, with the ability to provide sound advice
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and customer service targets
