Job summary

CIMB Bank Berhad in Kuala Lumpur seeks a sales-focused wealth management associate to acquire and manage customer relationships by providing financial planning advice and focusing on Wealth Management Products.

The role involves sourcing leads, staying updated on customer needs and market trends, and liaising with clients to convert leads into sales, contributing to the bank's growth in a sales-oriented environment.

• Take initiative and run activities to source leads.
• Keep abreast of customers' need and market trends and competitors' programme offers and activities for targeted customers regularly.
• Liaise with customers and convert leads to sales.

Job Requirements:

Degree / Diploma in any discipline.

2 – 3 years of experience in a branch sales environment.

Possess the mandatory licenses such as IPPC, FIMM, PCE, CEILLI, TBE, etc.

Result oriented, passionate about marketing and open to new challenges.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Customer-focused, delivering excellent service to internal and external clients.

Strong interpersonal skill and business acumen.
