Job summary

Qualifications

• Perform routine PdM testing on equipment to diagnose asset health, focusing on vibration monitoring and related techniques.
• Collect, analyze, and trend testing data to determine appropriate follow-up actions and prevent failures.
• Support continuous development of the Corrective Maintenance program for a sustainable and effective approach.
• Proactively assess maintenance strategies to shift from time-based PM to condition-based PdM.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine PdM testing on equipment to diagnose asset health, focusing mainly on vibration monitoring.
• Execute route-based vibration testing and assessments; collect and trend data for timely follow-up actions.
• Perform asset reliability data trending and provide reports.
• Support improvements to the Corrective Maintenance program for sustainability.
• Proactively assess strategies to move from PM to PdM.
• Assist asset troubleshooting using PdM tools.
• Maintain PdM tools and ensure calibration and testing are performed.
