Qualifications

• Perform routine PdM testing on equipment to diagnose asset health, focusing mainly on vibration monitoring, but also including ultrasonic and infrared monitoring.
• Maintain PdM tools and perform calibration, testing, and data entry as required.
• Adhere to plant safety policies and proactively identify unsafe conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine PdM testing on equipment to diagnose asset health, focusing mainly on vibration monitoring, but also including ultrasonic and infrared monitoring.
• Execute route-based vibration testing and assessments; collect, analyze, and trend data for follow-up actions.
• Perform asset reliability data trending and provide reports.
• Support continuous development of the Corrective Maintenance program.
• Proactively assess maintenance strategies to move from time-based to condition-based PM/ PdM.
