Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated seeks a Preventive and Corrective Maintenance Technician to perform hands-on maintenance and troubleshooting of HVAC, pumps, and exhaust systems at our Penang facility.

The role focuses on ensuring reliability and efficiency of mechanical systems through scheduled preventive maintenance and rapid corrective maintenance within a 24/7 manufacturing environment. Diploma holders with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

2–5 years’ hands-on experience in mechanical maintenance, specifically HVAC, pumps, and exhaust systems.
Ability to read technical manuals, maintenance schedules, and mechanical drawings.
Experience working in a shift‑based 24/7 operational environment.

Responsibilities

Operate, monitor, and maintain HVAC systems (chillers, AHUs, cooling towers).
Maintain and troubleshoot pumps and exhaust systems to ensure continuous operation.
Execute scheduled PM activities on HVAC, pumps, exhaust, and related mechanical systems.
