Job summary

TKR Precision (M) Sdn Bhd, a Kulai-based precision manufacturing company, seeks skilled Tool Makers to repair, troubleshoot, and maintain metal stamping tooling, dies, jigs and fixtures. You will perform precision machining, grinding, milling, drilling and fitting work to support production lines.

Ideal candidates show 3+ years as a Tool Maker in metal stamping, with strong tolerance control, careful workmanship, and teamwork across engineering, quality and maintenance groups.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Tool Maker in metal stamping industry.
• Strong knowledge of machining processes and tooling troubleshooting.
• Ability to hold tight tolerances and work with precision.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate, assemble, repair and maintenance metal stamping tooling, dies, jigs and fixtures
• Troubleshoot tooling issues and recommend improvements
• Perform precision machining, grinding, milling, drilling and fitting work
• Support production during die setup, changeover, and breakdown situations.
• Work closely with production, engineering, quality and maintenance teams to resolve tooling issues
• Maintain accurate records of tooling repairs, modifications and preventive maintenance
