Insulet Corporation Malaysia is seeking a QA/QC Inspector to support Incoming QA, In-Process QA and Lot Qualification inspections at our manufacturing site. You will perform inspections, record data, and ensure compliance with GMP, 5S, and safety standards using precision measuring instruments.

Applicants should have at least SPM or equivalent and 1–2 years of QA/QC experience, with English and Malay fluency. Proficiency in Excel and MES/SAP is preferred; strong teamwork is essential.

Competenze

• Minimum SPM or its equivalent with a combination of experience.
• 1–2 years of on-the-job QA/QC inspection experience in visual inspection, precision measuring instruments, and product functional testing.
• Able to communicate in English and Malay.
• Computer literate with Microsoft Excel and data entry skills.

Mansioni

• Perform inspection, testing and measurement for incoming, in-process, or lot qualification according to the work instruction and procedure.
• Generate required documentation and record data for inspection, test and measurement in MES/SAP/checklists following Good Documentation Practices
• Handle QC measuring instruments (e.g., CMM, OGP, digital calipers) and tester equipment (e.g., roughness, leak testers).
• Accept or reject inspection results per quality standards and report deviations promptly to leadership.
• Participate in first-level troubleshooting on QA inspection issues and escalate when necessary.
• Ensure inspection output meets targets without compromising quality.
• Maintain 5S and safety in the workplace and with equipment.
• Support quality management processes like raising NCMR and handling MRB as required.
